The Armoury District (named after the Seaforth Armoury on Burrard and 1st) is evolving into a creative mecca for interior design, architectural services, creative design, galleries, fine food shops, exotic cars and boutique decor retailers. The Armoury District is located west of Granville Island in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The Armoury District was around for a while but needed an online presence so that it would attract customers to this area for different types of products and services. The Armoury District already had a designer for project so I was approached as the WordPress Expert to custom code the website.
The Armoury District was custom coded so it could load fast and was easy to update and use. I created a filtering system so that it was easy to find different types of businesses in the district and also included a map to know exactly where to find each particular business.
